First of all, you can make money on YouTube without showing your face in ALL niches. Even in fitness. But before we go into the actual video creation, you must narrow down your niche. This is very important for creating a system.
When creating faceless YouTube channels, you need to rely on systems. This will make things 1000 times easier. We will get to that later.
If you are looking to make a living or side income from YouTube, it would be beneficial to pick a high-income niche.
Why do these niches pay the most? Because more advertisers are paying to have their ads run on these types of videos then creators making them. This causes the price to go up on their end, increasing the amount of money you make. There are lots of high-income niches on YouTube.

Creating A System For Gathering Content
Creating faceless YouTube videos is a lot of hard work. That’s why you need to have systems in place for everything to keep things functioning.
Before we figure out what type of content you’ll need for your faceless YouTube channel, we must first figure out what type of videos are you going to make. Here go a list of video ideas you make without showing your face.

- Breaking/Building
- Tutorial
- Compilations
- Powerpoint Presentation
- Remix/Mashup
There are many more video ideas you can choose. Those are just the most common examples we saw in the niches above. Pick 2-3 of those. It will be needed for when we create a video uploading plan.
Now, get a piece of paper and write out the 2-3 video ideas you’ve chosen.
Next, figure out how you are going to create those videos. Do you need to hire someone on Fiverr for a voiceover? Do you need to buy a screen recorder and mic? Figure out all those things here and create an easy process.
After you are done with that, you are ready to go to the next step.
Creating An Uploading Plan & Executing
Now that you have a bunch of ideas written out, its time to organize it & create a plan to execute from. After working with hundreds of students here at Trend Watchers, I noticed our most successful students were the ones who took the time to create a video uploading plan & executed it.
At this stage, we are going to do exactly that.
First, you want to pick 2-3 days each week to set aside a few hours for YouTube. More than 3 will overwhelm you & less than that will make it hard for you to grow on YouTube.
After you are done picking these days, I want you to assign your video ideas to those days. Put this information on an excel sheet. It will make it easier to track & update.
After you are done with that, continue this process till you have at least 1 month worth of content planned. This is a very important step. Do not skip this.
After your video uploading plan is complete, you are ready to go to the next step.
Automation & Scaling
Creating your first 5 videos will always be the hardest. After 5 videos, it will be time for you to look into ways to start automating your video creation and/or production. If you do not do this, your faceless YouTube channel will not last very long.
When you look at the top faceless YouTube channels & how they create their videos, you may realize that they outsource a lot of their work. This is key for posting videos in mass while maintaining video quality.
