The world is moving extremely fast. If you try to keep track of everything, you will overwhelm yourself. This is why we highly recommend picking one sub-niche. This will make it easier for you to find trends & test them, to get your first viral video on YouTube.
There are many sub-niches you can focus on. Here go a list of good sub-niches businesses or brands can focus their efforts on.

For your company’s benefit, you want to make a list of top competitors & industry innovations people are talking about & plan them around the sub-niche you have chosen. Type all of this into your Google sheet or excel. Keep doing this until you have 1 month worth of content planned.
After planning is completed, the only thing left to do is take action.
