Refund Policy

For Membership Passes


Customers will receive a full refund if requested within 30 days of your first month with our service.

Every month after that, a full refund will be granted up until the 3rd day after a payment has been made. Refund requests are not accepted after the 3rd day.

To obtain a refund the customer must email support at dejon@trendwatchers.co with the email used for the purchase to receive a refund.

We cannot guarantee you 100% results. Results vary from person to person and how much effort they put into their work.

For Trend Watchers Automated

All new orders are given a 24-hour grace period before being worked on. You may request a refund within this 24-hour grace period. This also gives us enough time to screen for any fraudulent activity.
After the 24-hour grace period is up, there are absolutely no refunds, under no circumstances. 
We also reserved the right to reject your order if we believe that your payment is fraudulent.
If any video gets copyright claimed, please open a ticket via support and we will replace/fix that specific video for you.
