For Membership Passes

New Subscriptions

Since we are an information company, we do not issue refunds on your first payment within a subscription.

Subscription Renewals

For refunds on subscription renewals, we do offer FULL refunds if contacted within 3 days. After the 3 day, the grace period has passed, we do not offer refunds for subscription renewals.

Annual Payments

We offer partial refunds on annual payments.

For Courses/Masterminds

Refunds are allowed within the first 72 hours. After this period passes, no refunds are allowed.
