Narrowing Down Your Niche
It is important to narrow down your niche at first. Assuming you are starting with a fresh YouTube channel, you want to focus on dominating one niche at first. Since Byte is still new, this task is extremely easy.
Byte isn’t as popular as Tik Tok so depending on the niche you choose, you may not see overnight success. Remember, we are doing this for long term dominance.

Creating a Byte Compilation Uploading Plan
After mentoring hundreds of students here at Trend Watchers, the number one thing that separates the successful channel from the others is planning. Having a plan in place makes you more likely to achieve your goals.
It will also help you stay organized. This will prevent you from getting overwhelmed & quitting.
Creating a video uploading plan is easy. First, pick 2-3 days out of the week you can dedicate a few hours to YouTube. Do not pick more than 3 days. Doing this will overwhelm you. Less than 2 days will make it extremely hard for your channel to grow which is why we highly recommend sticking around 2-3 days.
After you have chosen your days, you now want to write out the video ideas next to the empty slots. Keep on doing this until you have at least 1 months worth of content planned out.
We recommend doing this on an excel sheet. It will be easier to manage & update. Your video uploading plan should look something like this.

Awesome! Now that your video uploading plan is complete its time to start uploading videos.
The first few videos you will post will always be the hardest/most frustrating.
The key to overcoming this is by making systems. Without systems in place, errors happen and it just takes longer overall to create a Byte compilation.
We cant show you exactly how to create a system since everyone is different. In general, a system should have these two attributes.

All major YouTube channels have systems in place. Most of them use paid outsourcing methods such as Fivver or Upwork, but you can create systems on your own without spending money.
Taking Advantage of Trend For Expoentialy Grow
Posting consistently will help get your Byte YouTube channel seen, but if you’re looking to grow exponentially, you must take advantage of trends.
This is the key for taking your small Byte channel to a larger one. When I made my first Vine compilation channel, I had to focus on trends to get 25,000+ subscribers/month. Whenever I dint focus my content around the hot trends/topics people were talking about on the Vine app, I always lost views.
Trends on YouTube are extremely powerful. If you can catch a trend early while there is little to no competition, your video can rank high for that trend. Once the trend starts to build momentum, your video should explode with hundreds of thousands of views & subscribers.
