Monthly Payments:

No refunds are available.

Quarterly Payments:

You will be issued a partial refund for the remaining months. The first month(s) will be billed in addition to a $2.50 processing fee.

Annual Payments:

You will be issued a partial refund for the remaining months. The first month(s) will be billed in addition to a $2.50 processing fee.

Lifetime Payments:

You will be issued a partial refund.We will only bill you for the first month(s) (rate at $15/month) in addition to a $2.50 processing fee.

To minimize our refunds, we have renewal emails in place that notify our customers ahead of time before we renew their account. We give both a 7 day and 24hr email notice.
