As a SaaS founder, I realized that it is extremely important to have your own audience. It is possible to build one from scratch but doing so takes a lot of time and sometimes money if you have it.

Instead of me trying to provide all the services myself, I decided to contact other companies that specialize in one of these categories and integrate their service into my Marketplace.
Not only will this satisfy my users but I can also demand that they give me a shout-out on their mail list which can contain hundreds of thousands or even millions of users.
This creates a win-win scenario for both of us and in the end, it will land me more users (while satisfying them at the same time).
Having a larger audience will give me the power to approach bigger companies with hundreds of millions of users.
