Before you create your account on our new platforms, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
We are migrating over a lot of accounts, so we want to make this transition as smooth and error-free as possible.
If you have purchased a lifetime deal from us (or received a lifetime account), follow these exact instructions to reclaim your lifetime account.
- Go to https://app.trendwatchers.co/ and click create a new account
- IF you want to login with gmail, you MUST use the same email you used on our previous platform. That email is already whitelisted and will automatically upgrade your account
- IF you want to login with a classic username and password, you NEED to use the same email you originally used for our previous platform.
If you have issues remembering this email OR want to transfer your LTD to another email, you’ll have to finish making a new account and email support (with your LTD receipt).
IF YOUR ACCOUNT DIDN’T UPGRADE AUTOMATICALLY, send us an email with the original email you used (so we can verify) and/or forward a LTD receipt and we will upgrade your account manually within 24hrs.
